1) Prices include: bed sheets and bath towels; assistance of a Bahiallegria manager to organize parties or soirées on the premises or anything else you should need; last transfer to the airport on the day of your departure. This is valid for any type of property booked. Prices may be increased by 40% during high season periods (December - January - February, including Carnival which is usually in the month of February)

2) A deposit of 30% the agreed amount of your stay must be paid in advance using one of the following methods:

The payment by bank transfer must be made within 3 days after receiving a confirmation for a booking made via fax or e-mail. Your reservation will be deemed decayed if the deadline is not met.

c) A payment through PayPal to the email address xanddy76@gmail.com . The PayPal Payment The payment by bank transfer must be made within 3 days after receiving a confirmation for a booking made via fax or e-mail. Your reservation will be deemed decayed if the deadline is not met.

3) The deposit will be retained by Bahiallegria in the event of termination without any right, and for any reason, repayment by the customer.

4) The balance shall be paid in Euros to the Bahiallegria manager at the beginning of your stay in Brazil.

5) Any damage caused to the facilities or any missing items belonging the apartment shall be compensated for or paid back at the end of your stay.
